The Federation of European & International Associations based in Belgium

has the pleasure of inviting you to attend the next FAIB

Lunch-debate on Thursday 26 September 2019 from 12h00 to 14h30

Speaker: Christophe DELMARCELLE, Associate lawyer at DKW Law Firm (FAIB Associate Member), supplemental judge at the labour tribunal in Brussels, lawyer at the Brussels & Luxembourg Bars.

Subject: Optimization of remuneration

Amongst the various special benefits organised by law whether quite some time ago like the stock-options, copyrights or the non-recurring benefits or implemented or amended more recently like the mobility premium, the cash for cars, the revised financial participation, etc., it becomes increasingly difficult to decide which to implement for whom and how. Yet the question remains a key issue given the very expensive Belgian social security and tax system with a view to hiring and retaining the right individuals and ensure a competitive package for the lowest cost possible - obviously in a perfectly legal way. All the truer given the current salary freeze legislation. In a very pragmatical approach using comparison tables and calculations, the speaker will give an overview of the various measures and assess their interests in view of your specific needs and objectives.

There will be room for questions / answers raised by the audience.

This session will be in English, questions can be asked in English, French and Dutch.
