There were significant developments for non-profit associations during 2020 and we expect to see at least as much action in 2021.
During this annual lunch-debate (replaced by a webinar this year), various specialist speakers from Bird & Bird LLP will present an update on relevant issues, hot topics or legislative proposals that have impacted or will impact the non-profit sector.
The legal topics addressed during this conference will include, among others, the new insolvency regime for INPAs, UBO-registration, COVID-19 measures, case law on legal entities taxation rules, homeworking during and after Covid-19 pandemic, recent developments in EU competition law, the e-depot, and recent case law from the data protection authorities.
This will be followed by a Q&A session. Bird & Bird is also happy to receive any questions in advance (please address them to faib@faib.org by 12 December 2020).
